The Property
The 3500 square foot open air barn will hold 150 people comfortably for a seated reception. The adjacent courtyard is perfect for the cocktail hour and as a spillover area for larger receptions.
In-House Floral Design
Our in-house floral designer will meet with you and custom design your wedding flower arrangements based on your preferences.
Lodging
There are three cabins located on the property, including separate cabins for the bride and groom parties. There are many nearby rental cabins for your out of town guests.
Partner Services
We have a number of preferred partners that offer catering, photography, and other essential wedding services.
Decor Provided
Our Full Wedding & Reception Package and "Farm Package" include all of the decor that you will need at no extra charge.

Our Location
We’re located in the beautiful mountains of Gilmer County, GA. At just over an hour North of Atlanta, our location is both beautiful and convenient!

From Atlanta: From 75 North take exit 268 for 575 North toward Canton. Stay on 575/515 N all the way to Ellijay. Turn left onto 1st Ave at the 3rd red light in East Ellijay(at the Hardee’s), cross the bridge and turn right onto Hwy 52 East. Go 3.7 miles and turn right onto Mulkey Road. Deep South farm is 9/10 of a mile on your left.
From Dawsonville: Take Hwy 136 West towards Amicalola Falls out of Dawsonville. Take a slight left onto Hwy 52 West toward Ellijay(at the ‘Y’). Go approximately 14.5 miles to a left on Mulkey Road. Deep South farm is 9/10 of a mile on your left.
