We are proud to offer packages at a variety of guest counts and price points. Packages range from our Full Wedding & Reception option for up to 150 guests that has it all, to a simpler ceremony and reception with a smaller party of family and friends.

Full Wedding & Reception

Full Wedding & Reception includes:

Exclusive access to the 4500 square foot barn and property for 12 hours

  • Flowers include: bridal bouquet, up to 6 bridesmaids bouquets, groom boutonnière, up to 6 groomsmen boutonnières, flowers for parents and grandparents, ceremony backdrop florals, aisle markers, ceremony entrance, sign-in table at reception, guest reception tables, flowers for cake, toss bouquet, flower girl petals. 

  • We decorate the venue with your choice of items from our extensive inventory. 
  • Chalk handlettered signs for your welcome, menu, gift and other 
  • 5 hour event time. Reception must end by 10:00 p.m.
  • Outdoor ceremony site overlooking the lake with bench and pew seating.
  • Handcrafted woooden tables – 60in round tables and 10 7ft wooden banquet tables for the reception.
  • Catered Buffet for 100— Includes: Your choice of menus from a varied selection:
    • 2 appetizers, salad, one meat, 2 sides, bread, tea, lemonade & water, upscale hard plastic disposable dinnerware. Tasting for 2.
    • Wedding cake – includes a tasting for 2 and cake serving
    • This also includes set-up, break-down, clean-up and trash disposal
    • Catering tip included
  • You can bring your own photo/video vendors at no charge, or choose from our preferred vendors. All vendors must be approved by DSF and submit liability certificates.
  • Includes Bartending Package – 2 bartenders, hard plastic disposable cups, ice, napkins, chalk menu, off-duty Gilmer Sheriff deputy on-site. Clients host bar and provide all alcohol, mixers and garnishes.

This package is our ‘show up with your dress & your guy and that’s all you need’ package. You can literally show up  and hand us your guest book and be done. We take care of everything for you on your wedding day. Just relax and have fun. It’s your day!

*150 and above will require a tent rental in case of inclement weather for the courtyard. This is $750 and the rental company requires a 25% deposit to hold a tent for your date. If you (we certainly hope) don’t need it, then we will cancel it and the 25% is forfeited.

What’s Included?  Exclusive rental of the venue for 12 hours. 5 hour event time from start of ceremony to end of reception.
  • Ceremony rehearsal time of 1 hour the the week prior to your wedding based on availabilty
  • Events end by 9pm on Sunday, and 10pm Friday and Saturday. Ceremony may be held in or near the barn or across the lake Friday-Sunday for a $500 upcharge.
  • Events must end by 8pm on Monday-Thursday. Entire event is in or near the barn Monday-Thursday .
  • DJ and sound services for ceremony and reception
  • Property available for engagement or bridal portraits by appointment
  • Ceremony & Reception set-up for up to 150, if over 150 additional fees apply. We provide tables and seating.
  • High top tables for the courtyard, Buffet and cake tables
  • 10  60in wooden round tables and 10 7ft wooden banquet tables for the reception.
  • Your food and beverage vendors are responsible for their set-up and clean-up for their services.
  • You can bring your own vendors at no charge, or choose from our preferred vendors. All vendors must be approved by DSF and submit liability certificates. You may have 2 site visits to bring your vendors for planning purposes.
  • You bring your own Decor and flowers. DSF staff will not assist with the set up of these items.
  • You can bring your own Champagne and glasses for the reception toast.
  • Any other reception alcohol requires our bar package be added to the contract.
  • Two site visits to the farm, by appointment, to bring your outside vendors for consultations.
  • A prep kitchen with commercial ice maker, refrigerator, freezer and prep tables for catering.
  • Most guests would be able to walk from parking to the barn area, but there will be a golf cart with driver for guests needing special assistance.

Exclusive rental of the venue starts on  Friday at 4:00 PM and ends on Sunday at 8:00 AM, with the three on-site cabins included for Friday and Saturday night.

With the Friday & Saturday combo package you can have your Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and the Reception all on site at The Farm.

  • The property is 30 acres with a 3 acre pond 
  • On-site bridal cottage & groom’s cabin for the day to get ready. Both can be rented overnight. 
  • Outdoor ceremony site overlooking the lake Friday-Sunday only. Monday-Thursday ceremony would be in or near the barn
  • Ceremony seating – benches acroos the lake, chairs near barn
  • Reception held in the 3500 sq. ft. open air barn
  • Climate controlled restrooms in the barn. 
  • Courtyard adjacent to the barn with cafe lights for cocktail hour and dance floor
  • Wood tables and seating for the reception – a mix of round and banquet
  • Food service tables for the reception based on your event needs
  • Ceremonies may only be held across the lake from the barn Friday-Sunday. Seating for these ceremonies would be benches
  • Ceremonies held Monday-Thursday would be in or near the barn and seating would be chairs/benches
  • This package allows you to bring in your own catering and cake vendors. They would need to supply everything they need for your event. Your caterer would be responsible for all set-up and clean-up, including bussing guest tables after dinner and trash disposal to the on-site dumpster.
  • Deejay services are included for the wedding and recpetion.
  • You may add an on-site venue coordinator for wedding planning assistance, custom wedding day timeline, direct rehearsal and ceremony & reception for $500
  • Bartending Package Required if having any alcohol other than a champagne toast – 2 bartenders, hard plastic disposable cups, ice, napkins, chalk menu, off-duty Gilmer Sheriff deputy on-site. Clients host bar and provide all alcohol, mixers and garnishes. Price varies based on number of guests. $500 for 100 guests. Bartenders will have a tip jar. If you would like to cover the tips, just let us know.
  • Tractor and wagon for guest and bridal party shuttle may be added for $250
  • To reserve your date, a $500.00 non-refundable retainer is required.
  • Payments are due monthly and are non-refundable. Final payment is due 1 month prior to event date.

Friday & Saturday DIY

Exclusive rental of the venue starts on  Friday at 4:00 PM and ends on Sunday at 10:00 AM, with the three on-site cabins included for Friday and Saturday night.

With this package you can have your Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and the Reception all on site at The Farm. It also allows you to start bringing your items on Friday and finish packing up Sunday morning.

  • Dinner buffet from preset menu choices: one meat, salad, 2 sides, bread, tea, lemonade & water, upscale hard plastic disposable dinnerware. *this can also be changed to a brunch option or all appetizers for early afternoon weddings
  • Wedding cake
  • 50 person limit, additional guests can be added for $35.00 per person up to 75.
  • High top tables for the courtyard, buffet and cake table
  • 6 round – 60in round tables and 2 7ft wooden banquet tables for the reception.
